We are pleased that you have made this connection with us.  We would welcome the opportunity to organize a personalized and customized retreat for you and your executives.  We have been guiding guests from all over the world to spiritual sites and special places in Arizona for over twenty-two years.  Garrett possesses a broad knowledge of the rich history of the “old west” and Native American culture, as well as the incredible beauty of Arizona (especially Sedona and the Grand Canyon), and has been leading people on adventurous activities and tours here for over 35 years. We hope our website at www.westernspiritranch.com was helpful to you in answering many of your questions.  We sincerely welcome all calls to discuss your particular situation and are here to be of service to you.

Please provide us with as much specific information as you can, at this early stage of planning.  For example:  1) What are your objectives and
expectations for this retreat?  2) What is your proposed budget per person?  3) What types of activities & adventures are you looking for?  4) Is there
something specific you desire to learn, address or achieve during your event?  5) What are your exact times and dates of arrival and departure?  6) What level of lodging accommodations do you wish, 3, 4 or 5 star?  We will send you a questionnaire for you to answer these critical questions and return it to us.  Once we receive this information, we will create a customized trip proposal for you to review.

We are able to arrange and provide you with your lodging (from very nice to 5 star), restaurant suggestions, guided tours to ancient Native American
ruins, the awesome Grand Canyon (we’ve been their over 600 times!), exciting jeep tours with a Western dinner, horseback riding, a meeting at a sacred
medicine circle with a Native American shaman healer, yoga or tai chi classes, massages and spa treatments, and many other exciting options.  We
can also provide you with hiking excursions and guided meditations to the sacred energy vortex sites with Native American flute and drum, as well as organized empowering spiritual workshops facilitated by Marian.  Thousands of our retreat guests since 2001 have enjoyed these exceptional experiences with us and have told us repeatedly that their time with us at Western Spirit has positively changed their lives!  Because we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we are able to offer you the lowest rates of any retreats and tours in the Sedona area.

Guests usually fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and rent a car there.  However, if you wish, we can arrange group transportation to Sedona from the
